Coshocton Behavioral Health Choices

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19

We want to let everyone know that we are still open during this Virus Pandemic. We have changed hours of operation and procedures to limit human contact as much as possible to help prevent the spread of the virus. We are still available by phone and even by video (Telehealth).  Reach out to us if you are in need . We are still here to help with any concerns such as anxiety, depression or substance use issues.

New Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8AM to 4PM

  • For new assessments: We are still having Walk-in Wednesdays from 8am to 2pm.   We have a rooms set up specifically for video/Telehealth for assessments.
  • Groups: Groups are being held through Telehealth video using Zoom. Patients should ensure that your counselor has your correct email address so that the counselor can send the email invitation to enter the meeting over video. If wifi is not available, you may come into the agency and utilize a Telehealth room to attend group over video.
  • Individual and Family Counseling: This is currently either by phone or video. If a patient is unable to connect via video due to internet or wifi issues, the patient may call in at the time of the appointment and speak to their counselor over the phone.

We are doing our best to take every precaution to help prevent the spread of the virus. Please do your part by using our supplied hand sanitizer when you enter our building and before you leave. If you have a fever or feel like you may be sick, please call instead of coming to the agency.

Stay Healthy!

People with addiction use substances or engage in behaviors that become compulsive and often continue despite harmful consequences.

Prevention efforts and treatment approaches for addiction are generally as successful as those for other chronic diseases."

Depression (major depressive disorder or clinical depression) is a common but serious mood disorder. It causes severe symptoms that affect how you feel, think, and handle daily activities, such as sleeping, eating, or working.
